Steve Trebus has been appraising residential properties
since 1991. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser
in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, and is FHA approved.
Falcon Appraisal provides a quality appraisal in
a timely manner. Attention to detail and consideration
of current market trends are given top priority.

Appraisals may be ordered via fax or e-mail (see “Order
an Appraisal”). Orders can also be phoned in or
sent to the office at the address listed below. We accept
all forms of payment including MasterCard and Visa.
If using a credit card, the attached form (see “Services”)
may be used, or the information can be given over the
telephone. All information is kept confidential.
Falcon Appraisal uses the latest in technology including
computer scanners, digital photos, computer generated
floor plans and location maps. Completed appraisals
can be e-mailed in Adobe Acrobat PDF, sent via Lighthouse
PDS, or mailed via United States Postal Service. The
office carries full liability insurance.
